Terms of Service

These terms cover use of WebImages, a personal photo upload and sharing tool. By uploading a photo or otherwise using the site, you agree to them.

What WebImages is for

WebImages is intended for personal, non-commercial use by one person to store and share their own photos. It is not a public hosting platform, content distribution service, or backup system, and it is not intended to serve as the sole or permanent copy of any photo you care about.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• You don't have the right to upload or distribute.
• Is illegal in the jurisdiction where you or WebImages's infrastructure operate.
• Depicts child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or exploits or endangers a minor in any way.
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Contains malware or is designed to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.

Content that violates these terms may be removed, and access to the service may be restricted, without notice.

Storage limits

WebImages operates within a fixed storage cap, a per-file size limit, and monthly caps on uploads and image views, all enforced automatically. Once a cap is reached, the affected action is stopped with a "Limit exceeded" message: new uploads pause until space is freed by deleting existing photos (or the month rolls over), and image links may not load until the monthly view cap resets on the 1st (UTC). These limits may be adjusted over time to keep the service operating reliably and within its intended free usage tier.

No account, your responsibility

WebImages doesn't use accounts or passwords. Anyone who has a photo's link can view it, and anyone who has the delete key generated for an upload can delete it. Keeping track of links and delete keys you want to retain is your responsibility.

Availability

WebImages is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without uptime guarantees. The service may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time, and photos may become unavailable as a result. WebImages is not a substitute for keeping your own backup of photos that matter to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebImages and its operator are not liable for any loss of photos, loss of access, or other damages arising from use of the service, including from storage limits being reached, service interruptions, or deletion of content that violates these terms.

Termination

Access to WebImages may be limited or ended for any user or upload that violates these terms, at any time and without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use WebImages after a change means you accept the revised terms.
